Your mission:

To build, manage, and innovate scalable operational automation systems using AI tools, scripts, and advanced data logic. Your core mission is to enhance efficiency, clarity, and business productivity through technology, integrating AI and automation into existing platforms and building entirely new workflows to solve complex business problems.

You will also play a key role in supporting the development of RETA. This AI co‑pilot empowers Virtual Retirement Professionals (VRPs) with compliant advice, data‑driven coaching, and task automation.

You are responsible for the continuous optimization of systems by leveraging structured data, business logic, and emerging automation technologies.

Requirements:

Demonstrated mastery of building and managing complex automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com, with a strong preference for n8n hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly with Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables) and Google Apps Script for custom automations and API integrations.

Hands-on experience with AI development, including leveraging OpenAI APIs, building and maintaining RAG systems with vector stores (pgvector, Pinecone), and managing data pipelines with BigQuery.

Strong ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON to create robust and scalable system integrations.

A resourceful and self-directed problem-solver with an optimization-focused mindset, constantly seeking to improve processes and build more efficient systems.

Meticulous attention to detail with a solid understanding of data hygiene, system reliability, error handling, and data privacy/compliance guardrails (PII).

Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working with product, ops, and data teams and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Computer:

With high quality video camera for meetings

With high quality audio for communication and meetings

High speed internet with average speeds above 25 MB/s or higher

Excellent at solving problems and being always resourceful (alone and with other people)

Must be fully available and able to complete work during US Central Time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CT
