To drive NEW business revenue with a Licensed Financial Services Agent/Advisor by generating conversations and sales opportunities for the closing team by qualifying and setting appointments from inbound leads and long-term follow-up.
Convert 85%+ of Leads into initial appointments with 70%+ Show Rate
Daily execution of team & administrative tasks: meetings, reporting, etc
Manage Pipeline Opportunities
Self-Generated Calls & Follow-Ups
People skills: You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
Integrity: Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects.
Hunger // Work ethic: This is a challenging job, you must be willing to work hours honing your craft and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities and 2) set appointments. You must be hungry.
Proactivity: Wherever you are with your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must be aware of WHY you're behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results.
Attention to detail: You will be tasked with staying current with your numbers and CRM activities.
Poise: You’ll be having crucial conversations daily. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
Not afraid to pick up the phone
Enjoys talking and interacting with new people (via Phone & Video Conferencing)
Expert communication skills via phone, email, and text
Ability to learn at a high rate and hungry for more knowledge
Quiet home office
Reliable, fast internet connection with a modern computer
Computer:
Less than 3 years old
With high quality video camera for meetings
With high quality audio for communication and meetings
High speed internet with average speeds above 25 MB/s or higher
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be fully available and able to complete work during US Central Time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CT
