Your mission:

The Creative Specialist is responsible for the production of educational and social proof video content to establish the company as the industry leader in IUL & Annuity sales training. The ultimate goal is to increase reach, create value for new agents, and convert them into clients.

Outcomes:

Long-Form Video:

Produce and edit 1 core educational YouTube video for the main feed per week.

Follow all production guidelines to ensure high-quality, engaging content that builds trust and drives conversions.

Thumbnails:

Produce 5-10 thumbnails for each YouTube video to be tested for the highest click-through rate.

Vertical Video:

Produce 3 vertical videos per week (for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) extracted from the long-form YouTube content.

Graphic Design:

Support all graphic design needs related to content publishing, including profile assets and static posts.

Provide timely and fast turnarounds on ad hoc graphic design work, which may include assets for the website, marketing collateral, logos, landing pages, UI/UX, and static ads.

Requirements:

Time Commitment:

This is a full-time, remote position (35+ hours per week).

Must be available to work and communicate via Slack from 9am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Must complete daily morning and end-of-day tasks.

Tools Proficiency:

Video: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Veed.io, Vidyo.ai

Design: Figma, Illustrator, Canva, Midjourney, AI-generation image tools

Stock Assets: Motion Array, Shutterstock

Project Management & Communication: Monday.com, Frame.io, Zoom, Slack

Technical Requirements:

Must possess a reliable, high-speed internet connection for uploading/downloading large video files (at least 50Mb/s upload & download).

Must have a computer capable of efficiently handling professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere), motion graphics, and design applications (e.g., Illustrator).

Processor: Intel 7th Gen i7, AMD Ryzen 3000 Series, Apple Silicon or better

RAM: 16GB or better

Graphics card: 8GB VRAM or better

Storage: Fast internal SSD for OS and applications, and a second dedicated high-speed SSD for project files, media, and cache.

Workflow & Collaboration:

Must follow the "Organize, Cut, Edit, Draft, Final" production steps.

Will collaborate with and receive approvals/reviews from the Senior Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and potentially the CEO/CMO.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be fully available and able to complete work during US Central Time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CT
