To provide meaningful, managerial, and logistical support to the Executive Team through effective communication, calendar management, documentation, and task execution. You will play a key role in driving operational and organizational efficiency, empowering the Executives you serve to spend more time in their zone of genius because of optimized workweek and task flow you help manage and create. The EA's goal is to support and serve the Executives in a manner which makes them more effective, makes the business run smoother, the team more clear on priorities and projects, and the company grows more as a result.
Develop a complete understanding of how the business functions (Marketing> Sales > Service)
Drive Executive Efficiency through resourcefulness and task management
Manage Executive Calendars
Create Company Documentation for both one-off projects and repeated tasks
Take on Business Admin tasks to free up executives time
Take on Personal Admin tasks to free up executives time
Thrives with both repetitive and new tasks

Exhibits unwavering trustworthiness and reliability in handling both high-stakes business tasks and sensitive personal administration.
Possesses a strong sense of business acumen with the ability to quickly learn operational workflows to anticipate needs and support executive strategy.
Serves as a clear and professional communication hub, capable of triaging information and representing the executives effectively.

With high quality video camera for meetings
With high quality audio for communication and meetings
High speed internet with average speeds above 25 MB/s or higher
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent at solving problems and being always resourceful (alone and with other people)
Must be fully available and able to complete work during US Central Time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CT
